Link: SIED Attack on Armour in Mosul

We’ve spent a lot of time thinking about defensive TTPs and armour over the last few months.

This video, via journalist @MikeyKayNYC, reports to show a VB SIED attack against an Iraqi armour column in Mosul, Iraq.

You can see the SIED vehicle drive in, and the tanks seeking to disperse. They engage the car, but fail to stop it. It drives into the side of one of the tanks before detonating.

How would you deal with this situation? What defensive TTPs could you have set up? What RoE triggers would have been necessary and proportionate?
