In this article via the Australian Army Research Centre (AARC), Lee Hayward highlights the need for the Australian Army to develop measures to meet the growing demands on its Cyber Workforce. Lee reviews several options to increase Army’s cyber capability through private sector employment, including employing cyber professionals who may not meet the current medical, fitness, educational or even security clearance requirements, but who have the necessary experience and skills required for the job.

This is a very thought provoking article that looks ‘outside the box’ in developing solutions to meet our growing cyber demands.
