Last week we published an article called Black Market PME by Frank Annis which highlighted the benefits of using online PME sites for putting your ideas forward, encouraging discussion and connecting with other like minded individuals.

In this article, published by the Field Grade Leader, Nick Alexander offers a personal account of how he discovered the world of PME though websites and social media. He outlines how he began his own personal journey of self development, which has led to him writing multiple articles (including the winning article for the Army Logistic Training Centre Fiction Competition), and becoming an active member of Army’s PME network and editor for Grounded Curiosity.
