The Cove loves a bit of competition with our allies!  In this quick Soldier’s Five we see Privates Touhay and Church from B (Suffolk) Company of the 1st Battalion the Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment conduct a gruelling, live individual fire and movement lane in Cyprus.

Take a look at their drills with a cool, professional eye.  What do they do differently from the Australian Army?  How does their kit differ?  How do they communicate between the pair?  What might you do differently?

Then take a step back and think about the training.  How good is it?  How do they set the range up (uphill, craggy, multiple targets, good in-brief from the training staff)?  Where is the safety, and how much risk are they taking?

Got ranges coming up?  Why not record us a video of the training and we’ll put it in Soldier’s Fives.  We’ll even send it to the Brits!  #buildthenetwork
