In late 2016, Army launched the ‘Postern Association’, an organisation dedicated to help sharpen Army’s cognitive edge. Like the Cove, Postern is part of a ‘networked approach’ to professional development. From 2017, the Cove and Postern will partner as a link in Army’s wider professional network. This partnership can help you find connections, mentors and opportunities to sharpen your own and your team’s sword.
