Article – Lessons from Mentoring in PNG

Building the capacity of our partners is important task. Many of our people have been involved with mentoring activities in the past, and it is likely that more will be involved in the future. This report “On Mentoring: Personal stories and lessons for future mentors” collates the lessons learned by soldiers and officers during Exercise WANTOK WARRIOR 2018.

The report builds on Barbie Keller’s blog from earlier this week, with more detail about the exercise, and views from a number of members of the Mentoring Training Team. Importantly, the report includes tips and advice from some of the more junior members of the team.
